Wildlife Services
Animal Eye Center provides free examinations and treatment for wildlife in need of specialized eye care. We work closely with wildlife groups in an effort to treat eye disease in the hope that injured animals can be rehabilitated and returned to the wild. Our veterinary ophthalmologists feel privileged to treat these challenging and interesting cases. We are deeply gratified when some of these patients can return to their normal habitat.

Wildlife Rescue Groups
Animal Rescue Groups
Animal Eye Center provides discounted services to many rescue groups in our community. We hope our help with these patients will make them more easily adoptable. Many wonderful pets find their way into animal shelters and foster homes for animal rescue groups each year. These groups do a wonderful service for our animal friends, and we are happy to be able to aid them in their adoption efforts.

OFA Certification Exams
Animal Eye Center is proud to offer OFA certification exams. These exams are conducted in the afternoons on Thursdays and Fridays. Please call our office to make an appointment.
Your pets primary care doctor or the doctors here at Animal Eye Center may recommend an Elizabethan Collar (e-collar) to protect the eye(s). It is extremely important that your pet wear a hard plastic cone or a device called an optivizor in order to adequately protect the eyes. Please DO NOT use a donut, soft, or blow up collar as these do not protect the eye.
